I reinstalled the computer. It requires that you
activate it. I chose online activation and the
program seemed to work, although it gave no
confirmation of "activation complete" which would
have been nice.

Just for clarification what they ordered was a 
Standalone Workstation license of the software 
and not a online user access subscription that 
would ask for username and password

The original install was done Sept 10th by Audrey 
and software and product ID can be found online at
T:\UpToDate\UpToDate v15.2 WIN-MAC Standalone
you might check if this is a profile/rights 
issueI havew original media 3 disk set but no 
manual that is usually provided electronically 
via the install disks

manual for this or not. :)

They need to know if there is a manual or if a 
password was created when it was installed. They 
just need to be able to use it. It is located in 
SH 102.
