The issue is that the cable run to his office is
old (cat3) and needs to be replaced.

I called Teresa Bybee and let her know this.

When trying to use email he is able to log in but 
it times out immediately.  Because he sees 
clients all day his room availability is very 
narrow.  He goes to lunch between 1 and 2
