They have a general use station in their main
office  that she can use. All her files are on the
network so this is really more of an inconvenience
than a work-stoppage. Lowering priority to normal
since it's out of our hands and she's able to get
work done.

User called back. She was expecting to have this 
issue fixed Friday but as of today she is unable 
to use her computer for work purposes.

She is not gettting an interntet connection. She 
can log in to the machine. She has tried to 
reboot 3x.


She is available all day.
