WOU number given in SR field is for the printer.

Staff printer in HL 117 named "ps unit printer"

Send doc and it prints blank. Or prints 
some pages normally and then blank on other pages 
of print job.

Problems printing from:
calerdar, email, Anzio. 

Printscreen is working.
Her machine 20020702[Edit Inv]. Many people having same 
problem as she. 3 that she knows of for certain.
