attachments. We've since tried contacting you
several times via both email and phone, but have
been unsuccessful in reaching you. If we do not
hear back from you by phone or email within 24
hours we will close the task and assume it is
resolved. If you are still having a problem with
your email attachments please call us at extension

Called and left a message asking for times he is
regularly available, like office hours as an example.

I am contacting you about an issue you were having
sending and receiving attachments with
Communications Express email. I am wondering if
you still have this problem? Please give us a call
at extension 88925 and provide a times that you're
regularly available (office hours for example) for
troubleshooting this or let us know that it isn't
happening any longer.
