language was easy to add to the computer.

She is was very eager to get this installed and 
asked me about it repeatedly this morning I'm 
just documenting the fact that I let her know it 
was not a high priority task but that I would 
make a note regarding her urgency for the chinese 
language pack in order for her to function as she 
has turned in the laptop she had checked out and 
does not spend time in her office and needs a 
portable computer solution to function

She called back and said that the WOU# we have on 
this task is in fact the computer that she wants 
it on.

Because Jeanne ordered this request, I called her 
to give her the SR# since she won't get the email 
with the info.

I left the message with a student worker who 
answered Jeanne's phone.

Jean Dean called this in.

They don't want to spend money-- no new fancy 
language software. The laptop just needs the 
Chinese language functions added/set up.

I took the call and Jean didn't have the WOU 
number. I had her call back with it and Joan took 
the call. So I didn't have the opportunity to ask 
for availability or where/when for tech.
