We had a studnet worker call in to check the 
status on these machines. They have a class going 
in there at 3p and they need this teacher station 
working for the class.

This appears to be about 2 separate machines.  
Am I right that it should have been entered on 2 
separate tickets????

The comp. in HL 107 that wont let them log in. It 
never got fixed and they have classes today and 
still cannot log in. She has to teach at 10am 
today and asks if someone could fix it before 
then.

The administrator password isn't the standard so
there's nothing we can do aside from taking it and
reloading windows. I tried to have Roy Bennett log
in with the network unplugged but, even though he
said he has logged in before, it couldn't find his
profile. That was my last idea. No one needs the
computer today luckily but this should still be
high priority since there are classes in there.

#7 behind the info desk is not working properly 
and there are different colors on the screen.

Kristin Johnson called form Hammersly to let us 
know that the computer in HL 107 (20030802) is 
not working properly. It will not let anybody log 
in at all. The error keeps saying that the domain 
name is incorrect. The classroom is available 
after 12 pm tomorrow and all day Saturday.
