The search function wasn't working in FireFox, but
does work in IE.  Played around with the browser
settings in FireFox until the search function
worked.

The addresses display in his book, but addresses 
won't come up when he does a search. (User error?)
He is not trying to search the corporate book, 
but his personal. He has 25 pages of addresses 
and so "needs to be able to use the search ASAP 
as he is leaving town tomorrow and NEEDS to be 
able to send email out before he goes"

I see a memo saying this is a global issue, but 
he is having a problem again that was fixed 
yesterday. I tested email search and it seems to 
be working.

He asked if the techs could fix it right away and 
I just told him I'd relay the message to the 
techs that I reopened it, and that he said it 
was "urgent."

clicking into the "to:" field does not bring up 
the first page of the address book.  Instead, it 
goes directly "Add Contact" screen.
