The Past Perfect software does not open unless you
have access to the I: drive because th database is
stored there in the
\\cougar\advancement\inv_adv\JENSEN\pp4\Data
folder. I set the prgram to do backups to that pp4
folder too. The C: drive has those files too, but
the program does not use them (I think they are
default or left over).

I believe our collections database, Past Perfect 
is on the C drive of WOU computer 20030620 in our 
library/workroom. I was informed that the data 
should be on the I drive. Please send someone 
down to confirm whether or not our program and 
data is on the C drive. If the program AND data 
are only on the C drive, someone must find a way 
to fix it so our material is secure and properly 
backed up. I am at the museum Wednesday thru 
Friday from 10am-4pm.
