She called and wanted to know how long it is 
going to take for the piece to come in. She will 
be at #88690. She needs to be able to print from 
this office, if not, she has to go over to her 
other office which takes her away from her work. 
She would like a call when/if you know when the 
fuser will be in.

She said the computer is one that instructors and 
students use in that room. She said that it needs 
to be cleaned and services as well. It keeps 
jamming paper. The printer error message is 
saying "Printing Failed"
