I am closing the task 22495. It has been 
sometimes since you have been contacted and we 
have still recieved no response. As a reminder 
the request was entitled "(2pm TUESDAY) He has a 
powerpoint presentation with fonts that he needs 
installed on teacher station HSS 336" and the 
Service request number is 22495. If you would 
still like assistance with this issue, please

Audrey had asked me to check there at two I
clocked in early to try and get Dave Olsen's task
done just have him explain the issue then tell me
to do it later, when I got back to the office it
was 2:15 class was in lecture at the time.

The PowerPoint displays that the font is available
to him on the machine, but then when he runs the
slides it does not display the font. He is
emailing me the fonts and PP slides to go look.

Skyler told me he installed the fonts as admin and
it worked as admin. We may need to make David an
admin, install the fonts as him, and then remove
him as admin and see if the fonts work. Also,
verify that the fonts are going into the
C:/Windows/Fonts folder.

He has a class at 4:00 pm today.  If someone 
could meet him there at 3:45.  He thinks the 
classroom is not available the rest of the day.

Still not reading font when using the machine in 
HSS 336. On desktop fonts DO come up when he is 
running PP in his office.

He wanted me to note that folder is on his 
desktop (computer) called Linguistics Fonts for 
HSS 336, should techs need it.

I installed them on the administrator account.
Hopefully they aren't user based. I'll call and
tell him to confirm that they work.

The files were definitely not on his desktop but I
found 4 font files. Hopefully they're the right
ones but we won't know until tomorrow. I'll run
over to 336 to install them. Hopefully it's open.
