He called back and said that after someone came 
and worked on this task they left a CD in the 
computer (optiplec gx 280) He will take it to the 
main office in MA on the 3rd floor. You can pick 
it up there.

The machine turns off randomly because the power
supply is bad. I swapped out the power supply with
one from UCS.  The profile problems seem to affect
all profiles, even the admin account.  I imaged
the machine and am working on getting it updated,

He was logged in under his username. He wanted to 
open his word document, as he moved the cursor to 
get to the file, his screen went black. This is 
the second time his machine has done something 
strange in the last week.

He rebooted and windows gave him this error: 
Windows cannot find the locally stored profile -

So Windows automatically logged him in under a 
temporary user and he cannot access his email and 
the machine runs super slow.

He is in Maaske 322 and his contact is still 88258
He is planning to be there all afternoon.
