because they had an extra machine and they are 
going to swap it for this one.

I have a request for service of a staff 
workstation in the WOU library but you can also 
decide if you don't want to service it if the 
machine is going to be replaced soon.  Machine 
20020698[Edit Inv] located behind the Checkout Desk in the 
Reserves room.  We use a system called Millennium 
for our checkouts/checkins and lots of other work 
at the checkout desk.  Lately it has been taking 
an extremely long time to load after the student 
employees log into that machine for their 
shifts.  The program will load in 2 minutes at 
other machines and up to 15 minutes at this 
machine.
 
We had trouble earlier this year with 
spyware/adware on this machine and UCS had to 
rebuild it and I was hoping someone could look at 
it and see if we are starting to have those same 
problems again.
