Ashley was in so I added the printer for her and
showed her how to add it so that she could show
Kris. I'm going to close the task but she may call
in tomorrow if they have problems

Says she is having a problem accessing this 
printer in the drop down menu. Says there is no 
drop down menu as to what printers to send files 
to, the printer is WOU#20040373[Edit Inv].

And is using her student print credits, also 
Ashley Fink azentz@wou.edu #88675 is having the 
same problem.
