I called Cindy back and let her know that the
student account can be swapped out in WebCT for
the staff account but she will lose all work
associated to the student account. She says that
there isn't any work for the account. I also told
her that she should talk to Marylin Hoeckle Bus.
Office to get anything assoc. with the student
acct moved to the staff acct. Then she can call me
and we'll turn off the student acct.

I did some digging and found the following: 
She has two accounts in Banner a V...500 and a
V...511. I changed the associated V# in LDAP bbut
I may have to change it in AD as well. Will need
to talk to Joe. 
I called Scott Carter, Registrar and Admissions to
find out how the process works. It is being
written off as an anomaly. Staff should not need
to get a student account made to register for classes.

She has a new account: csprenger06@wou.edu
old account: sprengec@wou.edu

She is a staff here and had to change her 
password, and now she has this new username. She 
needs her old username because that got her 
access to her I Drive (sprengec@wou.edu) because 
thats her Staff account. She also mentioned that 
she needs her old account because she saved 
things on the desktop that are now gone with this 
student account.

When she changed her password, her username had 
changed to a student account, this is because she 
mentioned that she is taking some online courses 
offered by WOU.
