He deleted the account and reset it up again and 
its working. He asked me to close the ticket.

He is successfull sending/completes but checking 
and downloading does not complete "Unable to 
download from Sundown server"

He would like someone to help him set up the 
Outlook so that he does not get this error.

The machine is Wendy Woods' and she is in Todd 
Hall 245 and the WOU# is: 20050779[Edit Inv]
Randy wants to be the main contact for this @
