I showed her that she needed to click the print
icon inside Adobe instead of printing through IE's
menus.

The printer is in MA 308, not HSS...sorry.

She said this started last week. She cannot print 
pdfs from the database. The printer does not give 
her an error message. She is printing to the 
right printer. The printer is in HS 308 20040642[Edit Inv].
