The contact info is correct according to Niki,
Scott just hasn't updated his VM name yet. I left
him a VM for times that he is  regularly
available. Apparently office hours aren't it...

His contact extension is incorrect and he does not
show up in WOU Find It. I tried calling Niki
Winslow, the department "administrative programs
assistant," at extension 88206 but got voicemail.
I did not leave a message for Niki.

He was trying to access Banner when he got the 
error saying "Not secure enough to access 
Banner". He was tyring to get his student roster. 
He went to accountlookup thinkinghe had the wrong 
password and that is when he got the message that 
his "Web access has been disabled."
