got the PC up and running again. But there is 
something wrong with the USB ports on the thin 
client.

He just tried to reboot the machine but still he 
gets no respond. Its a PC in room 310

He is in a lab ITC 310. He doesnt have the room 
tel. number but he will be there until 3:50pm

The thin client is not responding either in the 
same room. the WOU # on that is 20051162[Edit Inv]
