CM returned Brian's call. Told her I would let 
hime know and he would return her call. She will 
be in till 2 or 3. Tomorrow not in. Rest of week 
she is not working in this location. If he can't 
get to her today, then Monday next week would be 
next time she is available.

User called in. She said she had email 
correspondence with Joe Crowe last Friday that 
indicated that she should be able to access those 
drives, but they are not listed in My Computer on 
the laptop still. Updated task with WOU #
