question.....
 
you requested 2 maint. kits.  you only gave me 1
W#.  If you don't have a place in mind... we
cannot leave this in stock, because we have to
return the exchange in a certain time frame.
 
So is there a second W# or what????

Gives and error message that says there is a jam 
in tray 3 and when they try to open it to clear 
the jam it will only open about an inch.
