the .ini file was way out of wack. so paul sent 
me one from his program file. works fine now.

I un-installed Appts pro and re-installed, saw 
the license agreement said Appts. CS, so i un-
installed Appts Pro, installed Appts CS and it 
still doesn't work. The license agreement says 
they paid for 10 accounts, and the secretary 
said that they have more than 10 accounts using 
the program. But that still doesn't explain why 
the problem is only occuring with this machine.

talked with Adam he installed ApptPro 8.32 and it
isn't working, I am having him try Appt Pro CS
8.32, since the documents in the license folder
only mentions CS 8.32

Can someone come in tomorrow after the noon hour?
Want: Fix Sam Sappington's ability to log into 
SpectraSoft. Others can but he can't log in. She 
says maybe it's fixed and they are doing 
something wrong, but she needs tech to check it 
out and make sure because he is unable to log in 
on his account. She asked that the tech not leave 
when he/she comes to help until confirmed that it 
is up and running.

They cannot log into the software SpectraSoft on 
this specific machine, so they believe something 
is wrong with the install. No one can log into 
the software on this machine, but its fine on 
other machines...

Office is available today after 1pm and will not 
be available until Monday all day.

The employee will not be in the office on 
Mondays, Wedensdays after 12 PM and Thursdays 
after 1 PM. Trisha suggests that these would be 
the best time to have the software installed.
