all the rollers and all the torn up paper. It's
working now.

Priter jams everytime it tries to print. One of 
the covers to the roller in tray 3 is missing, 
although I'm not sure if that is the cause of 
the problem.

Turned printer off and on- not responding.
No error message.
When turned on printer lights up then goes black.
No print jobs going through. Same printer 
different problem? She's not sure if it is merely 
jammed again or if it is a new problem.

Printer 20060073[Edit Inv]. Computer is located SM 105. The 
printer is not printing. That is all she knows. 
Students came and told her it was not working.
