I ran CCleaner, deleted unused profiles, and
Spybot. The main issue were her toolbars. She had
bot Yahoo! and Google toolbars and they were
slowing down IE.

The computer is opening very slowly and stalls.
She has to wait a very long time. Sometimes it 
brings her the window that she needs and 
sometimes it wont.  THe computer tells her a 
strange message.  THis all started last week with 
the power outage.
