She said this morning it didn't load her profile
but she rebooted again and it worked after a
while... It's working now though so I'll close the
task

She has tried restarting. She is only one with 
this issue, that she knows of.

Machine froze last night twice. She stopped 
programs and restarted computer through task 
manager. Her computer started in safe mode this 
morning. "Can't access personal environment" 
Background shows on desktop, no icons show. No 
start menu or toolbar.
