Professor Paraslevas was there and she said she 
hasn't had any problems with her computer except 
for the day it froze up. Which is why she said 
she didn't return Brian's VM

While on phone it reselved itself, but she would 
still like to have techs come look at it...

Her machine froze from being away from desk, she 
logged back in. Once logged in her computer was 
frozen. Did a manual restart. Documents are 
opening, but now .doc are showing as .tif. Error 
messages: Microsoft prepping to install,
Lost your personal settings.
