She called and said that she got it fixed.

Located 1st Floor near (north of) the copy center.
Read as such for two hours.
No strange sounds.
Resume button for self recovery, not responding 
to that. Has tried to power on/off did not work. 
(She said it's a new printer and is not sure it's 
the right button.)
