Lori called in to ask about this task since she 
had not heard anything about it in quite some 
time. Status read completed. Told her I would 
reopen it and let techs know.

She wanted to make sure that althought the 
original task read that the issue was limited to 
a handfull of thin clients, it is actually ALL 
thin clients on 1st and 2nd floor of library.

run utset -o s=a e=1

tested TC 1, or the one closest to the printers,
when I plugged the headset in the sound still came
through the speaker. I also tried one in the tech
area of the same model with the same result. I
will shoot the problem by Alex to see if he has
seen it before.
