Good times to call are the next hour and friday 
morning 0830 until 1045.  It is ok to ask sharyne 
to let you in her office.  She wants to know if 
something is running in the background that can 
be shut down.  She is a bit frustrated by the 
slowness of the machine.  If the machine is a dog 
she needs to know that so she can complain to the 
division chair instead of us.

She just tried to save a file and it took 30 
seconds to do the job she had excel and email 
open.  She would really like someone who knows 
what they are doing to come over and take a good 
look at her computer and see if something is wrong
