Hi Kristi,

What kind of time frame are you talking about for your laptop 
need?  There are no checkout laptops for long term.  UCS has 
one for out department that I suspect you could use for a short 
time.  It's old, so no wireless.  

Do you have a router/gateway device on your Comcast 
connection or are you directly connecting to a Comcast modem?

Either way it should be just plug in and go....

Hello, 
I have a couple of questions regarding checking 
out a laptop computer. 
I need to be able to access Banner from my home. 
How does a person go about checking out a laptop 
computer? Also, I have comcast. Is there a 
special interface that has to be installed on the 
laptop in order for me to get onto the internet 
through comcast?
