Hi Ashley,

I installed Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 and Foxit PDF
Viewer on your computer in ED 114A. Both programs
can be used for viewing PDFs. Some people prefer
one over the other so I installed both for you.

Neither office member will be in tomorrow... if 
techs get to the task tomorrow they have 
permission to enter the office (Master key from 
main office upstairs?)

She called wonding about the status of 
the task. She wanted to know whether it 
would get done today as she can't do some 
of her work in the office until then. (I 
obviously told her I could not give her a time 
estimate)

She and her office-mate (Kris Haley) 
share the computer. They can't access 
Photshop, Adobe (any of their .pdf files). 

They see it in master program, but not on 
the computer itself. Elsewhere on campus 
they can access everything though. She 
tried logging in with both student and 
admin acct and under both accounts there 
is not the said access.

She has class at 2. There is usually 
someone in the office.

Says she can't open any PDF files on WOU# 
20040955. Hasn't tried in any other computer 
around campus. Student worker in College of Ed 
building room # 114 A 
When she tries to open the files gets the message 
to download adobe and doesn't let her.
