Laptop doesn't even recognize that the battery is
present. Gave it to Brad for warranty replacement

Called back saying it is the battery itself that 
does not work.

Student worker Eric called saying that the laptop 
does not work unless it is plugged into a 
battery. Once it is not plugged in, it will not 
work. I had him try another battery to see if its 
the battery not the laptop.
