At Joe's request, I went over there and installed
it anyway. I also moved the old printer to its new
location.

I had a death in my family this week and will be
out this week.  Obviously this was unplanned but I
will not be able to work on your printer.  I
apologize for the inconvenience.  I've cc'd Brad
Dougherty so that he's up to speed if a
temp-printer needs to be put into place.

The fuser has been ordered and is here. The
replacement looks to be a 1-2 hour job. Joe said
he would do it next week.

Paper is coming out with ink deposits melted onto
the paper.  The print is also course to the touch.
 Replaced the cartridge, but the problem remains.
 Submitted a purchase request for a new fuser.

Its the only printer  in that room. Its a Canonn 
printer/fax/copier/breakfast maker...etc.

Its a fairily old printer and has never been 
cleaned. She would like someone to come take a 
look at it. It is not the ink cartridge because 
she changed it yesterday, but it still blurs 
lines and smears the copies.

She is available all day
