OmniPage was already installed.  Problem was,
their written tutorial/instructions for the
application was for an older version and did not
match.  I advised them to update their tutorial.

Looks like the software did not get transferred
over from the old machine that was replaced this
summer.   I will get that installed for them

OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is  OmniPage
Pro.  I will look at the licensing to see if we
can get that installed.
