I asked her if she knew that a student does not 
have to verify a print job if it is under 10 
pages...she didn't know that. I asked her if that 
might be the case for the students, and how they 
knew that the credits were not being taken...she 
didn't know. I guess it was students stopping by 
to tell her. She would still like someone to come 
in and make sure that it is taking print credits 
from students when it prints.
