She said that eventually the machine let her log
in. I told her to type the password slowly and
wait a second between keystrokes because the
keyboard could have a sticky shift key or something.

Changed password last week. I told her to use 
accounlookup and try to reset. She still wanted 
help, walking though process. In office during 
business hours.
