Left a vm for him to call back with wou # of his 
office machine. I was going to get wou # from 
another open task, but that was a different 
computer.

Didn't get wou number, he was heading to class. I 
will call him in a couple of hours for the wou #.

Acrobat 6.0 professional on his office machine 
freezes when trying to open. Initiates, then 
freezes.
He is uses it to convert pdf.

Gone off campus rest of day after his class. 
Nikki can let tech in if need be.
