gave her a call letting her know that I was
closing this task. since I told her any unsaved
data would be lost, I will leave it flagged in the
case she calls to have it reopened.

She is trying to transfer info from copy machine 
to excel spread via internet program by copy then 
paste. When she commanded paste into excel, the 
hour glass showed up and has been frozen there- 
no information imported. SHe can open new excel 
spreadsheet fine, but the specific UNSAVED 
document she was working on still has hourglass. 

If she closed excel she is afraid she will lose 
info altogether. She already deleted info out of 
source on internet.

Work Stoppage.

Times anytime. She was hoping for a callback soon 
with a time frame tech may come so that she can 
make herself available.
