Nothing happened while I was there. The only 
thing I can think of is her sophos just recently 
updated and that might have been the bubble on 
the bottom of her screen. Also there were 3 
items in the quaranteen (1 trojan and 2 adware) 
those could have also been what she saw.

Sophos anti-virus protector is sending her 
several messages by the bottom icon on her 
computer. She says that it appears as if it is 
checking something because a lot of numbers 
appear and those clear and then more numbers 
appear.
