Tv.doc under Speech 211 folder in his H Drive. He 
last tried to access the file a couple years ago. 
He cannot open the file, here is the error 
message he gets with Word :

The file is blocked from opening by Registration 
policy settings

He will be out of his office today from 11am - 
2pm available anytime after that.
