She us now the English Dept Head and needs to 
schedule recurring events for each term. She 
needs to know how to select option to receive an 
email for upcoming events. She really needs to 
use this tool and email features so that she can 
effectively do admin work. She has been waiting 
for 11 days for response and has had nothing. 

Best time 2-4 this thurs. MA 305.

I told her that she might try TRC for immediate 
assistance while she waits for tech help.

Called again.  Still waiting, dont know how to 
use it, set it up and needs help with basic 
tutorial.  Requests a call back as soon as 
possible.

She is still waiting to have someone come down 
and walk her through this. She is now the 
department head and has no idea how to use the 
Claendar. She will be in her office Thursday 2-4p
