I called and left a message letting him know the
server (listed previously) and to call us with
availability or with the info that it's solved.

I spoke with him again and asked him to
clarify "Unable to open his H drive"

He told me he is trys smb://cougar/publichtml and
get an error message saying cannot connect to
server because name or password is not correct.
He mentioned he saved things from home over the
summer that he is trying to access. So... not an
H drive access problem (?)Maybe P drive??

He did change his pass again and that did not
resolve the issue.

He can log into email and network.
He is on a mac and can log on fine to his account.
He us unable to open his H Drive.
Last able to access late summer.
Has changed password, but is going to try
accountlookup and change it again. Will call back
to cancel task if that solves the problem.
