Installed the Office 2007 Compatibility Pack.

Students send papers.  The attachments have .docx 
instead of .doc.
Saving as .doc does not resolve the problem.  The 
format of the files are unrecognizable/unopenable.

This is an important item, but she can continue 
to push back to students... the other ticket 
(22804) is much more critical.

She thinks that her students are using Vista and 
sending her their work in that format.

Her computer is not capatible to open these 
documents. It says, "Cannot open, or cannot 
read." She needs to have help with this ASAP. She 
needs to know what to tell her students so she 
can get their documents open.
