Gay still has 10.3 :( I will update that and
hopefully Mac Mail will work after that. As it is
now she click the icon and it does not display,
although the dock has an arrow pointing to it as
though it were.

still cannot get on to check her messages, she is 
using a MAC and can not log in using the "Stamp" 
icon...

She can get in through manually going to 
www.wou.edu/newmail. She said that Joe can do 
this remotely. She will leave her computer on.

When she was able to log on earlier today she was 
not able to get new mail. She just tried logging 
on again this afternoon and it will not let her 
log in.
