When he tries to burn, he get an error message 
saying, "Something waiting, can't get to next 
step on burner wizard." He was trying to "burn 
information onto dvd "straight from the internet" 
but word docs wouldn't burn either.

He has never done his before.

I asked him for the name of program he is using 
to burn and he couldn't figure it out. He just 
calls it Burner Wizard.

He is running XP 2002
