She called back and said that there as a note on 
the machine that was moved saying that if Linda 
needed help with hooking up printer or any other 
help, they could call Audrey.

I am reopening this task...

This computer that was moved into IT 111 is 
missing I drive. When Linda is on her office 
machine she can access the I Drive, but when on 
the Computer in IT 111 that is used mostly by 
student workers, the I Drive doesn't show. 

I asked her if the drive did not show when the 
worker is signed on... she was not sure. She has 
her student using her network account because 
student does not have rights that she would need 
to do work.

I informed her that she can create a request for 
her student workers to have access so they are 
not using her account. I told her we'd need V#, 
login and contact info. She was going to call 
sometime to do so.

The machine is currently located ITC 101.  Move 
to ITC 111, section 1.  Needs to have this done 
by Friday.  Thursday or Friday 10 -12 or Thursday 
or Friday 2-4 .  Call first to make sure someone 
is there.
