The PDF solution didn't work. I performed a cold
reset on the printer and it's working again.

I just saw Jennifer at WUC.  She really is 
desperate to have this attended to.  Now the 
network printer in the office won't work for 
anyone or any job.  cr-careeroffice.wou.edu  She 
does has a separate instance of this printer 
setup called mailmerge on her computer.  she 
really needs to print out 1600 records and doing 
it one at a time isn't an option.

Last time Joe had fixed this according to her was
give her a new printer alias. Brad thinks she does
not know how to use Mail Merge properly.

Joe has worked on it before.  So has Skyler.  It 
has stopped work. They need to do 1600 records.  
She is leaving the computer at stupid so you can 
remote in and look at the problem as it exists.

It does a partial merge and then loses the data 
base.  It will print the same record over and 
over again
