She says users will most likely disregard the
tutorial, since it is somewhat lengthy.  I will
talk to Joe and see if there is some other option
we can use.

I walked her through getting her calendar set up
for this task.  This option will work for her, but
she will need me to make a tutorial for her
students on how to subscribe to her calendar and
how to add an entry in the calendar.  

User called back. She would like to know if she 
already has a public folder available that she 
and her students/advisees would be able to 
access, and if not she would like one created. 
The idea seems to be that she wants to publish a 
document that outlines her schedule.
