Power Point Verion 2003 "will not properly save." 
She tries to save documents to her H Drive and 
when she does not see them she tries to save them 
again it tries to save them as the same name only 
with a number on the end (versions). When she can 
get them to save, when she opens them she gets an 
error message: no longer an active short cut.

Has had this problem many times before, but 
ignored it because she thought is was a user 
error. But now she has lost a number of important 
power point presentations. She does not need a 
file restore but she does need to figure out the 
problem so she doesn't lose anything more.
