It was a momentary Profile blip, it is working
now. He said he spoke with someone and said it was
working, idk who though.

He said he rebooted but is getting "SHIT" 
he seems to be very animated.

I asked him to reboot his machine, and everything 
works now. He said he would LOVE to get a call on 
Monday from our techs to make sure the problem is 
gone.

He will be there all day Monday

I asked him if he was getting a generic desktop, 
and that confused him. He said that he normally 
just has the hills and sky desktop that comes 
witht he computer. I asked him to check if he had 
his drives, and he didn't know which ones he 
normally has. He is just hoping that he can get 
his files that were saved on his desktop back.
